LAGOS, Nigeria (December 3, 2022) The organizer of Africa\u2019s first and most prestigious mobile film festival is pleased to announce the 6th annual edition of the African Smartphone International Film Festival<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(ASIFF 2022<\/a>) which is themed;\u00a0\u201c The Democratization of Filmmaking: Mobile Storytelling and Digital Cinema\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>a hybrid event to hold from 16- 21 December 2022.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The African Smartphone International Film Festival ( ASIFF) provides new emerging and professional filmmakers with an international platform to showcase ideas, talents, and creativity irrespective of the budget. Industry connection and quality of production.\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The festival is dedicated to celebrating and presenting the best of short films, documentaries, web videos, travel videos, music videos, animations, VR\/360 videos, and photos to local and international audiences.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The festival’s extensive programming and industry events, which include workshops, masterclasses, panel discussions, special presentations, and an award ceremony, will be enjoyed by audience members and participants at this year’s event, which will screen over 100 incredible films in a variety of categories made with mobile devices by filmmakers and producers from over 70 countries.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
