Director Biography – DEXTER BALAS BIZ
Dexter B. Biz was born and raised in Palagao, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan, Philippines. Presently residing in Antipolo City, this 39-year-old beginning filmmaker is an Electronics Engineer by profession and his interest in movies was intensified by watching hundreds of movies during the Covid-19 lockdowns. Human Resource is his first short film, shot entirely on a mobile phone.
