LAGOS, Nigeria (November 11, 2021) The organizer of Africa’s first and most prestigious mobile film festival is pleased to announce the 5th annual edition of the African Smartphone International Film Festival
(ASIFF 2021) which is themed; “Digital Space a Promised Land for Indie- filmmakers” a virtual event to hold from 15- 20 December 2021.
The African Smartphone International Film Festival ( ASIFF) provides new emerging and professional filmmakers with an international platform to showcase ideas, talents and creativity irrespective of the budget. Industry connection and quality of production.
The festival is dedicated to celebrating and presenting the best of short films, documentaries, web videos, travel videos, music videos, animations, VR/360 videos, and photos to local and international audiences.
This year’s event features screening a lineup’s of 160 amazing films in different categories created by filmmakers and producers from over 50 countries made with mobile devices, audience and participants will also enjoy the festival rich programming and industry events which includes workshops, masterclasses, panel session, special presentations and award ceremony.
