The 3rd edition of African Smartphone presents the first African Short film market which hold’s from 6th – 8th of December 2019 in Magnificent Cinemas Lagos, Nigeria.
Talking about the Film market the founder and festival director of African Smartphone International Film Festival, Michael Osheku said it is a unique platform for film producers, directors, exhibitors, distributors and sales agent to be in one house to network, connect and discuss business and progress of African Cinema.
The biggest challenge for filmmakers is always funding and distribution but this event is where all of these will be addressed, as filmmakers and financiers will be in attendance to collaborate and exchange ideas.
We as a festival know what film producers go through to make a film and we ready to help this great creatives to achieve their dreams by creating a platform like this that open doors of opportunities.
The year festival theme is The Future Here. We want the delegates to see the future of filmmaking and the great leverages they can build their career on.
